1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our policies referenced within them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. If you are using the store on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Use of the Service

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use the store only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when registering or ordering. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or otherwise transfer the license keys, software, e-books, or other digital goods you purchase, except where the applicable software licence expressly permits it. Any attempt to tamper with, reverse-engineer, or abuse the store may result in suspension of your account.

3. Orders and Payment

Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and US Dollars (USD). The total payable, including any applicable taxes or levies, is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, TransactPay. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we suspect fraud, pricing errors, or a breach of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property and Software License Terms

All content on the store, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Layers Technologies or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. When you buy a software product or license key, you receive a licence to use that product subject to the end-user licence agreement and terms set by the relevant software vendor. You acquire no ownership of the underlying software, only the rights granted by that licence.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions set out in our refund policy. Please review our Refund Policy before making a purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Layers Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the store or any product purchased. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Software products are provided subject to the warranties (if any) offered by their respective vendors.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Changes take effect once posted, and your continued use of the store after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
