Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for a Refund

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, refunds are limited. You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase only where a license key or download is faulty, was never delivered, or fails to activate despite following the provided instructions. In these cases we will first try to resolve the issue by re-issuing a working key or download; a refund is offered where we are unable to do so. Once a key has been revealed, redeemed, or activated, or a download has been accessed, the product is generally non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund:

• License keys that have been revealed, redeemed, or activated.
• E-books, digital media, or software files that have been opened or downloaded.
• Change-of-mind requests, buyer's remorse, or purchases of the wrong product where the delivered item works as described.
• Issues caused by your device or operating system not meeting the product's stated requirements.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@uselayerstech.com with your order number and a clear description of the problem, including any error messages. We will review your request and respond as quickly as possible. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

4. Currency

Refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction — either Nigerian Naira (NGN) or US Dollars (USD). Refunds in NGN are processed in line with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) requirements. The time it takes for a refund to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
